Invoice payment terms and conditions

As of 1st October 2018 we are adjusting the standard terms for payment of invoices as follows.

Invoices for new customers and all invoices for new products and services to existing customers must be paid immediately.

All subsequent invoices must be paid by their due date. Invoices will normally be issued 7 days before of the due date. There will be one overdue invoice notice 14 days after the due date. The invoice will be reissued with the 10% late fee added on the 28th day after the due date. After 45 days past due interest will begin to be added to the invoice at the HMRC approved rate of 8% + Bank of England base rate. Invoice payment methods

Invoices can be paid via a number of methods. For services bought through the website this will generally be via credit debit card through the website using one of our approved third party card processing facilities such as PayPal. As we incur fees using these payment methods we reserve the right to add said fees or a proportion of the fees to the final invoice for payment and any applicable tax.

Any invoice for additional services (non standard) or as agreed by us in advance you may pay invoices via BACS payment and no additional transaction fees will be applied

In very rare cases we may accept crossed cheques but there are additional fees that will be added and fees will be charged for returned cheques including bank charges incurred by us and administrative charges for our time to manually process the returned cheque, this is currently at lest £35.

In addition to our Terms and Conditions, our AUP is put in place to ensure continued reliability of service for our Customers.

The Internet is a powerful information and entertainment tool, we would expect our customers to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users.

Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are removed from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken.

Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use, however the following are unacceptable uses.

Illegality

In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorised distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material.

Undesirable Content

Certain types of content are not allowed on our network. We do not host adult content of any description. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden.

File Storage

The use of the system for the purpose of storing files that are not used for the purpose of a web site or domain are not permitted.

The hosting of Audio and Video related content of all nature are forbidden unless permission is sought first from Support.

Bulk Email

The use of our network to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is strictly forbidden.

Misuse Of Resources

Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Streaming media can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use an ASP message forum. The use of web cam applications which maintain a constant FTP connection uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.

If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our network, please check with us before you do. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.
