We will use the following terms in this document with their relevant values:

• Chat Program – This is the website chat program that we are using at the time you visit the website.
• Promotional Code – This is the code you received when you were in the chat session.
• Valid dates – This is the dates that the code will be valid, from 16th June 2018 until 31st July 2018; although we reserve the right to change the end date as needed.
• Trial Websites – These are the websites we are trialling the new chat software on, currently: cc-computers.com & yesDomains.co.uk, no other website or domain is valid.

What is it about?

We are trialling a new Chat Program on our Trial Websites and as a thank you for helping us to determine how good it is we will give qualifying visitors a Promotional Code.

What do you have to do?

We will offer to anyone who visits our Trial Websites, at a time when we are active on the Chat Program, engages with us for at least 2 minutes and actively communicates with at least 2 messages with replies, a Promotional Code.

When are you active in the Chat Program?

There are no set times or days when we will be active during the testing phase. It is mostly expected but not guaranteed that we will be there mostly during the day on working days; however we will also be doing test out of normal hours and at weekends. If you want to test out the chat program and get the free Promotional Code then you will need to visit the sites until you find we are online.

How do we use the Promotional Code?

To use the Promotional Code, go to www.cc-computers.com/shop or shop.cc-computers.com, which are the same place and select one of the qualifying products or services (see below) and then, when prompted enter the Promotional Code giving to via the chat program, if you have selected a product or service that is included it will tell you that it has been successfully applied otherwise it will tell you that it has been applied but no qualifying products were found.

What can the Promotional Code are used for

The Promotional Code can be used on yesDomains.co.uk to get 50% off any new webhosting product that is included (see below). This can be used only once per customer. It is available to new and existing customers on new orders only. It is valid for 50% off the first month only. Only once per customer and on only one new qualifying product or service.

We reserve the right to add or remove items from each list at any time without prior notice.

We are not online all the time as yet, but keep coming back and you can see when we are. There is also some out of hour’s configuration and testing going on so there are no set times as yet.

As always though, the ticket support system is still in place and not going to go anywhere anytime soon. If you have a real issue then please make sure you use this and try chat as well, but best to open a tickets and then take the ticket number to the chat, that way we can make sure you get the best support possible. In future you may be able to do it without opening the ticket first as we will be able to do that for you, but during the testing phase please try to get a ticket number first, if it is urgent.
