Support with Services -

The quickest way to get support for your services (Domains, Hosting, Etc.) is to use our ticket system from your member's account.

Support with your Product Purchases - CritchCorp Retail and Wholesale

To get support with your products purchased through online shop, login to your account, find the order number you have any issues with. You can check the delivery status here, if it has not been delivered yet, it should tell you when it is expected to be delivered.

If you need further assistance, email, with your account number, name, username and the order number and item you want to discuss.

You can also phone on the sales and support number, make sure you have the details above to hand.

Marketing and new supplier calls

All calls to market your products or services to us must come in via the dedicated Purchasing Department number. Anyone calling our customer numbers to market to us will be directed to call the Purchasing Department number. The Purchasing Department cannot be reached via the customer lines, so please save everyone the time and dial correctly in the first place.

As this is a chargeable call, you will not be kept waiting in the queue for more than about 1 minute 30 seconds before being transferred to voicemail. If you are transferred to voicemail then please clearly leave your name, number, email address, company name, company website and a brief description of your product or service that you think we may be interested in. If we are very interested we will return your call or email you for more details, if we are not then feel free to try again. We deal with a lot of marketing calls, and so we are very busy.  Calls cost up to 10p per minute from landlines. Mobiles and other networks may vary.  If you are taken on as a supplier we will give you a local number to contact us on, all pre-contract calls will be to this number.

Any marketing calls to our customer numbers will instantly disqualify you from becoming a supplier. We will not tolerate abuse of our customer lines. If your number is recorded as a spam or phishing number, it will probably not be answered.

Abuse Reporting

Report any abusive or spam emails or other domain abuse issues to us via our reporting address: abuse (at), or directly to the Abuse Department via the online form here.

You can expect a reply to your abuse report usually within 24 hours during working times and no later than 5 days.
